yep, an actual website.
anyone who is registered on the forums can submit a review. i will have post moderation set up so that anyone can submit a review but their post won't be posted until me or an uber mod okays it. this isn't set up quite yet though. once the portal goes up i will delete this thread and set up the appropriate permissions.
portal ETA is looking like Sunday evening maybe. it's all done i just need to set aside a couple of hours in case something happens and i have to troubleshoot... but i don't think i'll have problems cos i'm supah!
